We Claim:
1. A method for management of database operations in a network, the method
comprising:
5 - receiving, by a transceiver unit [304] at a Network Function Virtualisation
Platform Decision Analytics (NPDA) unit [302], an event request associated
with one or more Network Functions (NFs);
- based on the event request, transmitting, by the transceiver unit [304] at the
NPDA unit [302], a request to one or more databases [404];
10 - receiving, by the transceiver unit [304] at the NPDA unit [302], a response
from the one or more databases [404], wherein the response is generated by
the one or more databases [404] based on at least one operation associated
with the request; and
- based on the received response, transmitting, by the transceiver unit [304]
15 at the NPDA unit [302], an event response.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the event request is received
from at least one of a Command Line Interface (CLI) [1066], a Graphical User
Interface (UI) [402], and an Event Routing Manager (ERM) [1070].

3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Network Function (NF) is
one of Virtual Network Function (VNF), Container Network Function (CNF), and
a combination thereof, wherein the VNF comprises one or more VNF components
(VNFC) and the CNF comprises one or more CNF components (CNFC).

4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the one or more databases [404]
is a non-relational database.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the NPDA unit [302] and the
30 one or more databases [404] is communicatively coupled over a NPDA_NS
interface [406].

6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one operation
comprises at least one of creation of a set of data, updating the set of data, fetching
the set of data, and deleting the set of data.
