Specification

DESC:TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to a nutritious holistic polyherbal ayurvedic soup to aid balancing of Vata dosha in the general population.

BACKGROUND
According to Ayurveda, human health is determined by the balance of three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These doshas represent different combinations of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) and are associated with various physical and psychological characteristics. Vata dosha is primarily composed of the elements air and ether, and it is associated with qualities such as dryness, coldness, lightness, mobility, and irregularity. When the Vata is in balance, it promotes good health, creativity, positiveness and mental agility. However, an imbalance in the Vata can lead to various physical and emotional issues.

Today’s unhealthy dietary habits and erratic lifestyle causes an imbalance in the Vata dosha resulting in pain, dryness, coldness, hyper/abnormal activity, stress, emaciation, flatus, distension, over or less stimulation, irregular appetite, etc. Ayurveda suggests various approaches such as eating nourishing and easily digestible foods, maintaining a stress-free lifestyle and getting adequate sleep, and using herbal remedies to help in balancing the Vata dosha. However, in today’s busy schedule following a daily routine and healthy dietary habit may not be always feasible.

At present, there is no single commercially available food item which addresses the afore-said issues. It would be beneficial if there is a nutritious and easily digestible food item, such as a soup, containing ayurvedic herbs which aid in balancing of Vata dosha in the general population.

It is also a need to address the challenge of incorporating medicinal herbs into the diet in a safe and effective manner, while also ensuring that the soup is appealing to the palates.

There is therefore need for a nutritious holistic polyherbal ayurvedic soup which aids in balancing of Vata dosha in the general population. There is also need for a soup which is nutrient-dense and helps reduce feelings of fatigue linked with Vata imbalances. There is also need for a soup preparation which will overcome drawbacks of commercially available food items, and is presented in a convenient form so that it can be easily integrated into daily meals. There is also need for a soup preparation which eliminates the use of additives, preservatives, sugar, saturated fat and excessive sodium, and promotes overall well-being.

OBJECTS
Accordingly, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a nutritious holistic polyherbal ayurvedic soup which overcomes the afore-listed drawbacks of commercially available soups, and provides an ayurvedic soup comprising nutritious and delicious ingredients with medicinal herbs which offers an effective way to aid balancing of Vata dosha in the general population, and is presented in a convenient form so that it can be easily integrated into daily meals.

Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a nutritious holistic polyherbal ayurvedic soup which addresses the challenge of incorporating medicinal herbs in the diet in a safe and effective manner and provides a practical solution for individuals seeking to enhance their diet with herbal remedies without the bitterness or strong flavours that can be off-putting.

Yet another object of the present disclosure is to provide a nutritious holistic polyherbal ayurvedic soup which eliminates use of additives, preservatives, coloring agents, sugar, saturated fat and excessive sodium, thereby promoting stability and well-being.

One more object of the present disclosure is to provide a nutritious holistic polyherbal ayurvedic soup which is gentle on the digestive system making it suitable for people experiencing Vata imbalances such as bloating or irregular digestion, and helps in improving digestion to mitigate common issues such as gas, discomfort and fatigue.

Other objects and advantages of the present disclosure will be more apparent from the following description.
