DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to an integrated mobile holder system for motor vehicles. Particularly, the present invention relates to an integrated mobile holder arrangement within handlebar of the motor vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] Mobile phones have become vital tools for navigation, communication, and safety. Moreover, mobile phones has created new age employment in various sectors. Drivers of app-based taxis and vehicles are one such industry.
[003] As mobile phones have become an intrinsic part of the driving experience, emphasizing their advantages as well as the significance of appropriate use. However, driving while holding mobile phones in hand, indeed make the drive uncomfortable and dangerous, leading to hundreds of fatalities.
[004] One of the solution to the problem stated above is to provide a provision for holding mobile devices which can minimizes such accidents during driving.
[005] There are several patent applications that discloses a provision for holding mobile devices in motor vehicles.
[006] One such Chinese Patent Application CN104973178A discloses the invention belongs to the field of bicycle accessories and particularly relates to an adjustable mobile phone holder for a bicycle. The adjustable mobile phone holder for the bicycle comprises a main bracket, side face clamping arms, a bottom face abutting arm, a limiting arm and counter bores. The adjustable mobile phone holder for the bicycle has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, and the design is reasonable; the design of adjustable torsional springs or the compressed spring is used for the mobile phone holder, so that a mobile phone is unlikely to fall off by means of the resilience force of the springs; the adjustable mobile phone holder is applicable to mobile phones of different models and sizes.
[007] Another European Patent Application EP2608493A1 discloses a mobile electronic device holder includes an upper holder frame shell, a bottom holder frame shell attached to the bottom side of the upper holder frame shell, three first clamping members respectively slidably mounted in respective sliding ways of the bottom holder frame shell for holding a mobile electronic device, a gear wheel rotatable to move the first clamping members in and out of the upper and bottom holder frame shells, a retractable second clamping member slidably mounted in one sliding way of the bottom holder frame shell and adjustable to one of a series of length.
[008] The mobile device holder disclosed in the aforementioned prior arts exhibits several drawbacks. When driving on roads with potholes, the vehicle can become unbalanced, potentially causing phone to fall off the holder. Additionally, these holders when attached to the handlebar diaphragm, obstructs the view of the instrument clusters. Furthermore, the attachment systems used in mobile holders tend to degrade over time.
[009] Therefore, in view of the challenges associated with the above state of art, there is a need for an improved inbuilt mobile holder arrangement that improves the ergonomics of driver eye zone for clusters and mobile, and moreover to prevent mobiles from theft and falling off during driving.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
[010] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide integrated mobile holder arrangement within motor vehicle handlebar.
[011] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a handlebar cover with an inbuilt phone holding system.
[012] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a secure attachment mechanism for the mobile holder arrangement bolted from inside, preventing the handlebar from falling off of mobile device from the handlebar.
[013] Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide an integrated mobile holder arrangement positioned at an angle that ensures unobstructed visibility of the instrument cluster for the driver.
[014] Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide an integrated mobile holder arrangement that enhances the ergonomics of driver’s line of sight for mobile.

[027] The present invention relates to an integrated mobile holder arrangement designed for motor vehicles. The mobile holder arrangement is integrated with handlebar of the motor vehicle, which also enhances the ergonomics of driver’s line of sight for mobile and instrument cluster.
[028] The present invention relates to a mobile phone holding system for motor vehicle comprises of an inside bolted mobile phone holder arrangement (104). In an exemplary embodiment, the holder arrangement (104) comprises a retractable securing means to hold the mobile in place. The holder arrangement (104) with retractable securing means helps in securing mobile devices of varied dimensions to protect it from falling down during vibrations to vehicle affected due to potholes or alike. The inbuilt holder (105) offers protection to the mobile device and prevent the mobile from falling off from the handlebar (101) while vehicle in motion. In an exemplary embodiment, the retractable securing means comprises a plurality of mounting brackets (106).
[029] In a preferred embodiment, Figure 1-2 illustrates the different views of an integrated mobile holder (105) within motor vehicle handlebar (101). The handlebar cover (102) is installed with a cluster mounting (103) and a mobile holder arrangement (102) for holding mobile devices of various sizes. Further, the holder (105) is coupled to the cluster (103) through a plurality of fasteners such as, but not limited to, bolts and nuts. The mobile holder (105) is positioned at 400 angle of eye zone of the driver to provide the driver with improved ergonomics of driver’s line of sight for mobile and cluster visibility.
[030] In an embodiment, Figure 3 illustrates isometric and front view of mobile holder arrangement (104). The holder is bolted from inside of the handlebar (100) that protects the mobile of the rider from falling and as well as protecting mobile from theft. Also, the inbuilt configuration of the holder (105) increases the longevity of the arrangement such that the securing means do not get degraded with time. In an exemplary embodiment, a stud (107) is welded to mobile mounting bracket (106) and assembled on handle bar (101) cover through tightening nut from inside, thereby preventing dismantling of the holder (105) from inside.
[031] Further, the plurality of mounting brackets (106) are coupled to one or more position of the mobile holder (105) to hold the mobile devices of various sizes. The mounting brackets are adjustable and may be set according to the size of the mobile devices used by the driver.
[032] In an exemplary embodiment, the mobile arrangement is composed of light weight yet durable material, enhancing the holder’s affordability.
[033] In another exemplary embodiment, the securing means are made of rigid material so that the clamping and unclamping of mobile device do not impact the tightening capacity of the securing mechanism.
[034] The advantages of the present invention are as follows:
• The mobile holding system prevents the falling down of mobile devices during jerks while driving.
• The location of the mobile phone holding system prevents the blockage of cluster visibility.
• The mobile holding system provides a sense of security from theft.
• The mobile holding system improves the ergonomics of driver eye zone for mobile.
