Abstract: ABSTRACT HEAD ROOM ARRANGEMENT FOR DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS IN A PASSENGER VEHICLE The present invention discloses a three wheeler passenger vehicle which provides first of a kind head room curvature for drivers and passengers. The present invention provides a spacious head room arrangement wherein U-pipe (7) is connected to the umbrella set (8) and H-pipe (3). The embodiment enhances air circulation for passengers and provides robust base for top hood (5). Accordingly, the present invention provides superior vehicle height (2) with sturdy floor (6) and spacious passenger unit (4). Hence, the present invention is economical with luxurious sitting facility. Figure 1

DESC:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to the field of motor vehicles. More particularly, the present invention relates to passenger carrier vehicle of three wheeler category providing first of a kind head room curvature for passengers and drivers.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] Typically, an auto-rickshaw is a three-wheeler vehicle used for both passenger and cargo carrier needs in urban and rural applications.

[003] These three wheeler vehicles are generally three seater and compact with less head space and sitting area. There are various prior art present that mostly emphasize on vehicle frame and structure (example: US11572118B2, JP4873241B2 and US8662228B2).

[004] The prior art US11572118B2 suggests a three-wheeled vehicle having a vehicle frame supported by front ground engaging members and a single rear ground engaging member.

[005] Another prior art JP4873241B2 suggests a small vehicle for a demand for further improvement in fuel efficiency than ever before.

[006] Yet another prior art US8662228B2 suggests a powered leaning passenger vehicle with a selectively active lean controller.

[007] Challenges to be solved:

? The already existing prior art consists of various discomforts since none of the prior art discuss about challenges related to head room. Some seats don’t adequately accommodate the curve of the lower back, putting additional strain on the spine. The compact autos comprises less head space, forcing some drivers and passengers to contort their bodies into unhealthy positions.
? Also, the autos do not look into effective air circulation and might cause suffocation to some passengers and drivers.
? None of the prior art emphasize on head room and proper air circulation for drivers and passengers.
[008] There is also a challenge faced by taller passenger and drivers while they commute in three wheeler vehicle with short head space curvature.

[009] Hence, a need is required for sufficient clearance between the head and the roof which is not anticipated before in compact vehicles. A need is also required for spacious passenger head room arrangement wherein the U-pipe strategically enhances the space in umbrella set to increase the dimension of head room.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[0010] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide three wheeler passenger vehicle with first of a kind head room curvature for driver and passenger.

[0011] Another objective of the present invention is to provide strategic arrangement of U-pipe (7) that enhances space in umbrella set (8).

[0012] Another objective of the present invention is to enhance air circulation in passenger unit (4).

[0013] Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide robust base for top hood (5).

[0014] Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide superior built and vehicle height (2) with sturdy floor (6).

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0015] Accordingly, the present invention is a three wheeler passenger vehicle which provides first of a kind head room curvature for driver and passenger. The present invention as illustrated in Figure 1 provides spacious passenger head room (1) arrangement wherein the U-pipe (7) strategically enhances the space in umbrella set (8) to increase the dimension of head room for extremely tall drivers and passengers.

[0016] The U-pipe (7) is connected to the umbrella set (8) and H-pipe (3) to form a curvature that enhances air circulation for passengers and provides robust base for top hood (5).

[0017] The present invention also provides a superior built and vehicle height (2) with sturdy floor (6) for comfortable and spacious passenger unit (4).

[0018] Hence, there is better seating and comfort for taller passengers and drivers while commuting.

[0019] The present invention provides less vehicle development time and minimal cost for set up and it is economical with luxurious sitting facilities.

[0030] The present invention is a three-wheeler passenger vehicle that provides first of a kind headroom curvature for drivers and passenger. The passenger vehicle described herein is a three-wheeled structure incorporating a uniquely designed headroom curvature to accommodate both the driver and passengers.
[0031] As illustrated in Figure 1, the list of designations in the aforementioned three wheeler passenger vehicle are as follows –

1. A head room arrangement for drivers and passengers in a passenger vehicle, comprising:
i. a vehicle frame defining a passenger unit (4) with a designated headroom space (1);
ii. a U-pipe (7) interfaced within the passenger unit (4) to enhance headroom curvature;
iii. an umbrella set (8) connected to the U-pipe (7) and structured to improve air circulation;
iv. an H-pipe (3) connected to the U-pipe (7) to form a supportive framework;
v. a top hood (5) anchored on the vehicle frame;
2. The U-pipe (7) and umbrella set (8) cooperatively increase headroom dimension for accommodation of taller individuals.
3. The head room arrangement for drivers and passengers in a passenger vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top hood (5) is integrated with the U-pipe (7) and H-pipe (3) to provide a robust structural base and aerodynamic profile.
