Specification

DESC:TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to a nutritious holistic polyherbal Ayurvedic soup to aid balancing of Kapha dosha in the general population.

BACKGROUND
According to Ayurveda, human health is determined by the balance of three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These doshas represent different combinations of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) and are associated with various physical and psychological characteristics. Kapha dosha is primarily composed of the elements earth and water, and it is associated with qualities such as heaviness, coolness, stability, and moisture. When Kapha dosha is in balance, it promotes qualities like strength, stability, and emotional calmness. However, an imbalance in the Kapha can lead to various physical and emotional issues.

Today’s unhealthy dietary habits and erratic lifestyle cause an imbalance in the Kapha dosha resulting in phlegm and itching, growth in mucus tendency, stickiness, heaviness, coldness, lethargy, sleepiness, stiffness, oiliness, sluggish activity, weight gain, etc. Ayurveda suggests various approaches such as eating warm, nourishing and easily digestible foods, maintaining a stress-free lifestyle and getting adequate sleep, and using herbal remedies to help in balancing the Kapha dosha. However, in today’s busy schedule following a daily routine and healthy dietary habits may not be always feasible.

At present, there is no single commercially available food item which addresses the aforementioned issues/concerns. It would be beneficial if there is a nutritious and easily digestible food item, such as a soup, containing Ayurvedic herbs which aids in balancing of Kapha dosha in adults.

It is also a need to address the challenge of incorporating medicinal herbs into the diet in a safe and effective manner, while also ensuring that the soup is appealing to the palates.

There is therefore need for a nutritious holistic polyherbal Ayurvedic soup to aid in balancing Kapha dosha in the general population. There is also need for a soup which provides essential macronutrients and micronutrients, and promotes overall well-being in people. There is also a need for a soup preparation which overcomes drawbacks of commercially available food items, and provides an Ayurvedic soup comprising nutritious and delicious ingredients with medicinal herbs, and eliminates the use of additives, preservatives, sugar, saturated fat and excessive sodium.

OBJECTS
Accordingly, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a nutritious holistic polyherbal Ayurvedic soup which overcomes the afore-listed drawbacks of commercially available soups, and provides an Ayurvedic soup comprising nutritious and delicious ingredients with medicinal herbs which offers an effective way to aid balancing of Kapha dosha in the general population, and is presented in a convenient form so that it can be easily integrated into daily meals.

Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a nutritious holistic polyherbal Ayurvedic soup which addresses the challenge of incorporating medicinal herbs in the diet in a safe and effective manner and provides a practical solution for individuals seeking to enhance their diet with herbal remedies without the bitterness or strong flavors that can be off-putting.

Yet another object of the present disclosure is to provide a nutritious holistic polyherbal Ayurvedic soup which eliminates use of additives, preservatives, coloring agents, sugar, saturated fat and excessive sodium, thereby promoting stability and well-being.
One more object of the present disclosure is to provide a nutritious holistic polyherbal Ayurvedic soup which improves digestion and is particularly suitable for people experiencing Kapha imbalances such as sluggishness, lack of motivation, heaviness, weight gain, and fatigue. The soup aids in supporting healthy digestion to balance Kapha and stimulate the body and mind.
