Abstract: ABSTRACT LEG GUARD ARRANGEMENT FOR THREE-WHEELER VEHICLE The present invention relates to a leg guard (001) of three-wheeler vehicle. The leg guard (001) provide a safety feature that protects the driver’s knees and legs from injury in the case of collision. The panel is made up of material not limited to plastic, steel, fiber, and is mounted below to a dashboard (002) of the three-wheeler vehicle. The leg guard (001) is also useful and effective to secure the electrical wiring that is connected with the dashboard (002) components of the said vehicle. Figure 1
DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to the field of automotive engineering. More particularly, the present invention relates to a leg guard of a three-wheeler vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] In the dynamic landscape of modern technology, three-wheeler vehicles are widely used vehicle across the developing countries, including India. The existing leg guards of three-wheeler vehicles are not good enough to offer good strength, therefore, they require some improvement.
[003] Conventionally, said guard were primarily structural components and provide stability and support to the vehicle’s framework. Moreover, the evolution of materials used in manufacturing has led to lighter yet durable guards.
[004] It was found that drivers of three-wheeler vehicles with leg guards were less likely to be injured in the collision than the drivers of vehicles without leg guards. However, the existing three-wheeler leg guard designs lack safety for drivers and are aesthetically not good.
[005] Therefore, for safety concerns of the drivers, and in order to overcome the aforementioned problem, there is a need of more secure leg guard structure, for the protection of the driver, and to improve the aesthetic looks thereof.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
[006] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide protection to the knee of the driver.
[007] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a structured safety leg guard for use on a three wheeled vehicle.
[008] Yet another objective of the present invention is to enhance the visual appearance of three-wheeler vehicle and the leg guard therein.
[009] Another objective of the present invention is to provide better strength to the front portion of the vehicle.
[010] Yet another objective of the present invention is to safeguard the electrical connections.
[011] Other objectives and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, wherein, by way of illustration and example, the aspects of the present invention are disclosed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[012] The present invention relates to leg guard of three-wheeler vehicle. More particularly, the present invention relates to a leg guard of three-wheeler vehicle that is a multifunctional component serving functional, structural and ergonomic process. Said leg guard protects the knees of a driver (001). The leg guard (001) also increases driver’s comfort and safety by providing stability during rides. The present leg guard (001) is also used to provide security to essential elements like electrical system and wiring.
[013] There has been a focus on ergonomic design as well, ensuring that the leg guard is not just a functional component but also contributes to the driver’s comfort and control. The same includes shaping the guard to support the driver’s knee adopting materials that provide a comfortable surface for prolonged rides.

1. A leg guard arrangement for a three-wheeler vehicle (100), comprising:
i. a leg guard (001) constructed from a robust and resilient material and configured to protect the driver's knees from potential injuries during collisions or falls; and
ii. a plurality of screws configured to mount the leg guard (001) below a dashboard (002) of the three-wheeler vehicle;
wherein,
• the leg guard (001) are ergonomically designed to fit contours of the driver's knees, providing comfort and safety to the driver and stability to the three-wheeler vehicle during rides; and
• the leg guard (001) is configured to provide security to essential elements including an electrical system and wiring of the three-wheeler vehicle.
2. The leg guard arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the leg guard are composed of structural integrity, durability, aesthetics, and an energy absorbing arrangement.
3. The leg guard arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the leg guard (001) are adaptable, customizable, and easy to install on a wide range of three-wheeler vehicles.
4. The leg guard arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the robust and resilient material of the leg guard (001) comprises at least one of plastic or metal.
5. The leg guard arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the impact resistant material of the leg guard (001) is capable of withstanding significant impact forces.
