Abstract: ABSTRACT A LARGE SPACED CARGO LOADER REAR BOX ARRANGEMENT FOR THREE WHEELER VEHICLE The present invention relates to a large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement for three wheeler vehicle. The rear box arrangement provides a support for a load tray (003), ensuring storage of heavy capacity differently shaped cargo items along with utmost safety and security of spare wheel and electrical components within a vehicle. This rear box arrangement comprises a robust rear box, firmly attached to the vehicle's chassis, and a carefully designed load tray (003) is positioned on the top of rear box arrangement. The rear box is integrated with two compartments (005) to locate spare wheel and electrical components respectively. The rear box is a load taking member which is mounted between chassis (002) and the load tray (003). The overall arrangement of the rear box enhances the safety feature and provide high load capacity for the load tray of the rear box arrangement. Figure 1
DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to a rear box arrangement for three wheeler vehicles. Particularly, the present invention relates to a large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement for three wheeler vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] In the dynamic landscape of modern technology, three wheeler vehicles are widely used vehicle across the developing countries for the purpose of transportation of goods. The load tray is often used to transport goods from one location to another, these trays can be supported by a variety of mechanism.
[003] Three wheeler vehicles known for their maneuverability and compact design have become increasingly popular for various transportation purposes. However, existing cargo loader rear box assemblies for three wheeler vehicles often suffer from limitation related to loading capacity and space utilization. Conventional designs lacks in fully maximizing the available cargo space leading to inefficiencies and increased operational costs.
[004] Further, challenges arise when attempting to load or unload larger or irregularly shaped cargo due to restricted access or inadequate loading mechanisms. Conventional rear box assembly may lack the adaptability needed to accommodate a diverse range of cargo types.
[005] Therefore, keeping in view the problem associated with the state of the art there is a need for an improved large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement structure for three wheeler electric vehicle that optimizes the use of available space while ensuring stability and ease of handling.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
[006] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide strength to the loading tray of vehicle.
[007] Another objective of the present invention is to provide easy access of spare wheel.
[008] Another objective of the present invention is to safeguard the electronic components and spare wheel from external environment.
[009] Another objective of the present invention is to enhance the visual appearance of three wheeler vehicle.
[010] Yet another objective of the present invention is to protect the electrical components and spare wheel from the thieves.
[011] Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a large spaced cargo loader that maximizes the user of available space in the rear box assembly, allowing for efficient loading and transportation of a variety of cargo types
[012] Other objectives and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, wherein, by way of illustration and example, the aspects of the present invention are disclosed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[013] The present invention relates to the rear box arrangement for load tray of three wheeler vehicle. The present invention plays a vital role by ensuring the safety of electrical components and spare wheel. Its robust construction and beam support works together to distribute the load’s weight effectively. The present invention comprises a rear box and two different compartments (005) with at least two doors (004). The rear box arrangement (001) is mounted on the chassis (002), and load tray is mounted on rear box arrangement (001). The rear box arrangement (001) for the load tray (003) is used as a storage system that is fixed at the back side of the vehicle. Additionally, the invention also provides a safety to the controller and spare wheel by mounting them into the compartments.

[024] Accordingly, the present invention relates to a large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement for three wheeler vehicle. The present invention comprises a rear box and two different compartments (005) with at least two doors (004). The rear box arrangement (001) is sandwiched between the chassis and the load tray. The rear box arrangement is mounted on the chassis (002), and load tray is mounted on rear box arrangement (001).
[025] The rear box arrangement (001) for the load tray (003) is used as a storage system that is fixed at the back side of the vehicle. Additionally, the rear box also used to provide structural support to the vehicle.
[026] The load tray (003) installed on the rear box arrangement (001) allows efficient loading of the cargo materials so as to accommodate a diverse range of cargo types.
[027] In one of the embodiment, the rear box is mounted on a chassis (002) with the help of the nuts and bolts and so that chassis (002) is used to provide a strength to the rear box structure. The rear box is bolted to the chassis (002) to provide a robust structure to the load tray (003). In another embodiment, the rear box may be welded or adhesively bonded to the chassis.
[028] The two compartments (005) integrated in the rear box arrangement are used to accommodate electric components and spare wheel mounting of the vehicle. The integration provides safety to various electrical and other components of the vehicle i.e. controller, motor, spare wheel, tools etc.
[029] The rear box arrangement (001) improves aesthetic look of the vehicle by hiding a lower portion and electrical components of the vehicle. The said invention also hides the spare wheel mounting of the vehicle. The spare wheel in the present invention is secured and have access from the door of the rear compartment of the rear box arrangement.
[030] According to the present invention, the rear box is integrated with the two compartments (005), i.e. a front (5a) and a rear compartment (5b). The compartments (005) are further integrated with respective front and rear door (004) for ease of service of electric components and to have access to the spare wheel. These two compartments (005) also comprises a locking system to prevent the spare wheel and electrical components for thieves.
[031] In an exemplary embodiment, the present invention is configured with a capacity to store a maximum of 700kg capacity and volume up to 150 ft3. The present invention adequately maximize the capacity of the load tray to accommodate a diverse range of cargo types.
[032] In another embodiment, the rear box may be made of lightweight materials to reduce overall vehicle weight while maintaining structural integrity.
[033] The present arrangement of rear box with load tray (003) encompasses various advantages to ensure its effectiveness:
a. The combination of rear box and chassis (002) creates a stronger and more rigid structure, enhancing overall vehicle stability and handling.
b. The use of lightweight materials for the rear box, which can contribute to overall weight reduction, improving efficiency and performance.
c. The use of nuts and bolts for connection provides a cost effective assembly method.
d. The present arrangement used to reduce manufacturing cost and increase the workability and functionality of the vehicle.
[034] While this invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the scope of the appended claims.

1. A large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement (001) for a three wheeler vehicle, comprising:
• a rear box mounted on a chassis (002) of the vehicle;
• a load tray (003) mounted on the rear box; and
• at least two compartments (005) integrated within the rear box,
wherein,
the rear box arrangement (001) is configured to provide structural support to the vehicle, accommodate electrical components and a spare wheel, and allow for efficient loading of cargo materials up to a capacity of 700kg and volume up to 150 ft3.
2. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement (001) of claim 1, wherein the at least two compartments (005) comprise a front compartment (5a) and a rear compartment (5b).
3. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement of claim 2, wherein the front compartment (5a) is configured to accommodate electrical components of the vehicle.
4. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement of claim 2, wherein the rear compartment (5b) is configured to accommodate the spare wheel.
5. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement of claim 2, wherein the compartments (005) comprises with at least two doors (004), wherein each door (004) provides access to one of the front compartment (5a) and the rear compartment (5b).
6. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement of claim 5, wherein the at least two doors (004) comprise a locking system to prevent unauthorized access to the electrical components and spare wheel.
7. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement of claim 1, wherein the rear box is mounted on the chassis (002) using nuts and bolts.
8. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement of claim 1, wherein the rear box is constructed from lightweight materials to contribute to overall weight reduction of the vehicle.
9. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement of claim 1, wherein the load tray (003) is configured to accommodate a diverse range of cargo types.
10. The large spaced cargo loader rear box arrangement of claim 1, wherein the rear box arrangement (001) is configured to improve aesthetic appearance of the vehicle by concealing a lower portion and electrical components of the vehicle.
