Abstract: An industrial work permit authorization system and method that effectively 5 monitors health, safety and skill of one or more users. The system comprises an information-capturing module for generating evaluation data, a Learning Management Module (LMM) for processing and verifying data, and an interactive display for communicating compliance instructions and updates to the users. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[001] The present disclosure relates to an industrial work permit
authorization system for managing employees, visitors in any household,
hospitality, commercial and industrial environment. More specifically, the
5 invention pertains to a comprehensive system that analysis human critical essential
parameters to identify the present health status, safety assessment and skill
associated with the performing activity in compliance with various regulatory or
statutory requirements.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
10 [002] Industries (referred to as any household, hospitality, commercial and
industrial) often require strict compliance with safety protocols, health standards,
and operational procedures to ensure the well-being of employees, visitors etc
However, existing methods for monitoring and enforcing these requirements may
be cumbersome, time consuming, prone to errors not does not have a single
15 centralised system or place.
I Claim:
1. An industrial work permit authorization system (IWPAS) (10)
comprising:
an industrial platform (100) configured to allow a user to stand thereon,
5 wherein the industrial platform comprises one or more information-capturing
modules (110) to capture one or more evaluation data related to body and health of
the users (101);
a learning management module (LMM) (200) communicably coupled to the
industrial platform (100), wherein the LMM (200) is configured to:
10 receive the evaluation data from the one or more information-capturing
module (110) of the industrial platform (100) to profile the user (101) based
on the user’s body and health; and
compare the profile of the user’s body and health with a predetermined
set of data to determine one or more work profiles for the user;
15 generate one or more compliance instructions and one or more
authorization instructions for the user based on the one or more work profile.
