A Device For Inspecting A Spiral Bush Bearing

Abstract: “A DEVICE FOR INSPECTING A SPIRAL BUSH BEARING” The present disclosure discloses a device (100) for inspection of spiral bush bearings. The device (100) comprises a base, a plurality of projections (2), and at least one support member (3). The at least one support member (3) is connectable to a portion of the base (1) and is 5 structured to receive and support the spiral bush bearing (4). The plurality of projections (2) is defined to project from at least a region of an extended portion (1a) of the base (1) and is configured to contact the spiral bush bearing (4) to determine alignment and for inspecting the spiral bush bearing (4). With such configuration, the device (100) may inspect deformation of a spiral bush bearing (4) and identify spiral bush bearing (4) within acceptable deformation 10 value for re-use. The device (100) may reduce expenses involved in replacing bearings which are undeformed and/or with minimal deformation. Figure 1a is a representative figure.
