System And Method To Develop High Ductile High Strength Dual Phase Steel

Abstract: A method to develop the dual phase steel (100) is provided. The method includes heating of a ferrite material (102), until a ferrite material (102) transforms into an austenite material (108). The method further includes cooling of the austenite material (108), until the austenite material (108) transforms into a martensite material (114). The method further includes reheating of the martensite material (114), until the martensite material (114) transforms into a first combination (120) of: a fine austenite, a tempered martensite, and a fine ferrite material. The method furthers include cooling of the first combination (120) of: the fine austenite, the tempered martensite, and the fine ferrite material, until the first combination (120) of: the fine austenite, the tempered martensite, the fine ferrite material transforms into a second combination (126) of: a fine martensite, the tempered martensite, and the fine ferrite material.
