Abstract: An AI integrated portable clinic [0047] The present invention provides an AI integrated portable clinic (100). The portable clinic (100) is such that it has diagnostics, predictive analytics, and personalized services in a single, affordable unit. The present portable clinic (100) utilizes AI for predictive analytics, aiding in the identification of a user at risk of developing medical conditions. This empowers healthcare providers with valuable foresight, enabling timely interventions for improved health outcomes. The measured parameters of the user are presented to the user simultaneously as a digital copy in the smart screen (20) and as a hard copy by the inbuild printer (45). Additionally, the clinic (100) being portable and compact in size, can be carried to remote locations for various non-invasive medical tests and thereafter easy report generation. [0001] The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is performed.

Technical field of the invention
[0002] The present invention generally relates to a portable clinic. Particularly, the invention relates to AI integrated clinic configured to store user details in server and generate report. More particularly, the present invention relates to usage of predictive analysis in generation of reports.

Background of the invention
[0003] Conventionally, medical tests are conducted by trained healthcare provider in person. This also includes the invasive as well as non-invasive tests – which are usually conducted in one place and thereafter the reports are being sent and analysed by healthcare providers. The process is quite elaborate, involving multiple personal and requirement of specialists. Additionally, the availability of specialists in remote areas become challenging, which thereinafter leads to various serious health complications.
[0004] To overcome the challenge, there has been an evolvement of medical kiosks, which are able to perform various tests and also provide a preliminary analysis without demanding the need of medical specialists. The tests so conducted by these medical kiosks range from non-invasive to even few invasive tests as well. There are even some of the unassisted medical kiosks in the marketplace that provide basic vital statistics monitoring such as heart rate and blood pressure. With the continuous evolution of these medical kiosks, there are even medical kiosks which provide convenient medical services to users with improved accessibility over visits to a healthcare provider’s office or connecting with a healthcare provider over telecall or videocall.
[0005] Nevertheless, the report generation as done by these kiosks are at times not comprehensive, has man made errors and takes time for the report to get generated. Though the kiosks don’t need specialized assistance, the reports so generated many-a-times require special checks – compromising on the aim of it being unassisted kiosk.
[0006] The prior art US20180268109A1 discloses a medical kiosk system and method. The kiosk of the prior art is configured to communicate the medical information to the server - interacting with a medical practitioner. Once the information is processed, the same is conveyed to the patients with a prescription or a medication.
[0007] Additionally, the prior art US2006/0111620A1 discloses a medical kiosk which is enabled to locally dispense new medical test kits, analyze test results, maintain a sterile environment, and recycle and dispose of used test kits. This invention therefore ensures to maintain hygiene and patient privacy.
[0008] With the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), there is a scope for improvement of the process of report generation by the already existing medical kiosks. Thus, to address the existing gap in the prior arts and ensure error and assistance free report generation, the prior art incorporates the usage of AI in the medical kiosks which justifies the literal meaning of ‘unassisted medical kiosks’.


Object of the invention
[0009] The principal object of the invention is to provide an AI integrated portable clinic that eliminates the need of physical visit to healthcare provider.
[0010] It is other object of the present invention to analyse the data collected by the testing unit and predict the anticipated medical risks of a user using a health AI algorithm.
[0011] It is another objective of the invention to generate a comprehensive report indicating the measured parameters of the user and the predicted medical risks.
[0012] It is other objective of the invention to provide a clinic that is portable, easy to access and use without the help of a healthcare professional.

Summary of the invention
[0013] It is one aspect of the present invention that provides an AI integrated portable clinic comprising a standalone device with a testing unit, a platform with a seat for a user, a smart screen designed with a UI/UX user interface, at least one smart camera a server, a power source, a report generation unit, and an inbuild printer.
[0014] It is another aspect of the present invention that includes a testing unit comprising a plurality of sensors, a plurality of diagnostic devices and a plurality of sample collection ports.
[0015] It is yet another aspect of the present invention to integrate the testing unit with an AI algorithm to analyze current samples and to perform predictive analysis that predicts anticipated medical risks of the user.
[0016] It is other aspect of the present invention to generate a comprehensive report using the report generation unit indicating the measured parameters of the user and the predicted medical risks that is presented to the user simultaneously as a digital copy in the display screen and as a hard copy by the inbuild printer.
[0017] It is yet another aspect of the present invention to store the user data in the database for future reference.
[0018] These together with other objects of the invention, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the invention, are pointed out with particularity in the disclosure. For a better understanding of the invention, its operating advantages and the specific objects attained by its uses, reference should be had to the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter in which there are illustrated preferred embodiments of the invention.

The examples used herein are intended merely to facilitate an understanding of ways in which the embodiments herein may be practiced and to further enable those of skill in the art to practice the embodiments herein. Accordingly, the examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the embodiments herein.

[0030] The term “Artificial Intelligence (AI)” is the intelligence of machines or software, as opposed to the intelligence of humans or animals.
[0031] The term “predictive analysis” means the use of data, statistical algorithms, and machine learning techniques to identify the likelihood of future outcomes based on historical data.
[0032] The terms “AI integrated portable clinic” or “clinic” or “Portable clinic” are used interchangeably in the specification where all these terms have same context and meaning as it describes an AI integrated portable clinic of the invention.
[0033] The present invention provides an AI integrated portable clinic. Figure 1A and Figure 1B together depicts a front and side view of the clinic (100) comprising a standalone device with a testing unit, a platform with a seat (50) for a user and the platform is coupled with a weight sensor (60). The seat (50) also serves as a storage space for a power source and its respective backup – thus optimizing space. In an example embodiment, the power source in the clinic (100) includes a battery. In yet another embodiment, the power source in the clinic (100) is electricity, and the battery in the storage space serves as a power backup.
[0034] The standalone device includes a smart screen (20) comprising at least one smart camera (40). The smart screen (20) is at least 32 inch and is a touch screen for operating it. The smart screen (20) displays a simple form for a new user to register after entering the portable clinic (100) wherein the forms are designed using a UI/UX interface and connected via PCB, circuits (80).
[0035] In some embodiment, the screen (20) has a multilingual voice enabled assistance with the help of microphone (40) to help a user navigate through the process. In yet other embodiment, the screen also has a braille enabled assistance to help a user with vision impairment.
[0036] The testing unit includes a plurality of sensors and a plurality of diagnostic devices. The diagnostic devices and their backups are stores in the storage space (70). The sensors include but is not limited automated blood pressure and SPO2 sensor (30a), ECG sensor (30c), thermal sensor (30b), Infrared sensor (10) measuring height, weight sensor (60).
[0037] The standalone device of the clinic (100) is at least 6.5 feet tall and at least 2 feet wide and the seat is at least 1.5 feet height. The platform of the clinic (100) is made of mild steel and is fitted with the weight sensor (60). An infrared sensor (10) on the top of the screen measures the height of the user.
[0038] A 90° rotatable camera (40) is placed beneath the smart screen (20) which helps to record the height of users with variable height. In some alterative embodiments, the camera (40) port comprises a microphone as well which facilitates the users – not versed with touch screen smart screen (20) to navigate through the clinic (100) via voice instructions. A thermal sensor (30b), and an ECG device (30c) is placed below and on the left of the camera (40), respectively. A BP and SpO2 (30a) device are installed on the right-side of the camera (40).
[0039] The report generation unit includes an inbuilt printer (45) that is placed below the thermal sensor (30b). The report generation unit enables the stand-alone device to generate a hard copy of the measured parameter of the user as a comprehensive report. In addition, the report generation unit also communicates with the smart screen (20) to display the soft copy of the comprehensive report. The clinic (100) comprises a cloud server that acts as a database for storing user details, as well as the results in the report.

[0040] Figure 2 depicts a process (1000) of working of a health AI algorithm that is integrated to the portable clinic (100) in accordance to one or more embodiment of the present invention. The AI algorithm performs predictive analysis that analyses the current report and predicts anticipated medical risks of a user. The report can thereafter be further be consulted with a healthcare provider for additional consultation, if required.
[0041] The process includes the steps of:
(a) Interaction of a user with the standalone device through the UI/UX interface in the smart screen (20) by putting all the devices into single PCB, circuits (70);
(b) Collection of the personal details (1100) of the user along with medical history;
(c) Capturing medical data (1200) of the user by the plurality of signals from the plurality of sensors in the testing unit;
(d) The captured data is encrypted into a machine-readable format – followed by processing and analyzing the medical data against a set of reference values in database (1500) using the health AI algorithm.
(e) The health AI algorithm (1600) performs predictive analysis to predict the anticipated medical risks of the users by comparing the measured data with the historical data of the user;
(f) The predictive analysis model builds multiple appropriate models and evaluates them to choose the best fit one;
(g) The best fit model is decrypted, and the health AI algorithm (1600) prepares a comprehensive report comprising the measured parameters and the anticipated medical risks if any (1700);
(h) The report generation unit generates a comprehensive report indicating the measured parameters of the user that is presented to the user simultaneously as a digital copy in the display screen (20) and as a hard copy by the inbuild printer;
(i) The data including the measured data, medical history and the anticipated medical risks are stored in a database (1400) through the server;
(j)The health AI algorithm allows the user to connect with a specialist healthcare provider for further medical investigation over audio or video call.

[0042] Figure 3 depicts overall mechanism (2000) of the clinic (100) in accordance with one or more embodiment of the present invention. In the clinic (100) of the present invention, the primary care diagnostic is captured via sensors and devices (2100). The same is in return utilized as an Internet of things (IOT) input to generate an instant report via a seamless process (2700). The clinic (100) provides a multi-lingual support and predictive analysis system (2200) to generate the report using the health AI model (2500) in the complete interface. The clinic (100) also utilizes other software (2600) for audio/video consultation (2300).

[0043] The present invention provides several advantages such as:
(i) The AI integrated portable clinic is portable and hence can be moved as well as built anywhere.
(ii) The AI integrated portable clinic provides both diagnosis and doctor consultation at the same time.
(iii) The report generated by the clinic is reliable and free from human errors as the same is generated by the health AI algorithm.
(iv) AI utilization in generation of reports help generate the reports in a simple – comprehendible format.
(v) The clinic has storage facility for storing diagnostics samples and reagents – thus eliminating the need of an additional storage system with added cost.
(vi) Being a self-sufficient unit, the medical clinic doesn’t need any specialized healthcare provider for operating.
Industrial applicability:
The present invention finds its applicability in various segments of industry that can be installed in many places, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Remote areas with almost nil medical facility.
- Gyms and wellness centers which will help people take necessary steps after knowing their body vitals with the help of report which gets generated in no-time.
- Schools/Colleges/Airports/Offices which will help in immediate attention on any health emergencies.
- Any disastrous areas for quick and fast relief.
The present invention with its ability to generate both digital as well as hard copy of error free report can be used widely in majority segments of industry wherein there is a need of body vitals check-up.
[0044] The present invention overcomes the drawbacks of the existing state of the art technologies by integrating AI into a portable clinic (100). The AI integrated portable clinic (100) of the present invention provides a comprehensive suite of healthcare services, thereby serving as a holistic healthcare solution. It has affordability without compromising on quality, positioning and is also accessible healthcare service for a wide demographic.
[0045] The AI integrated portable clinic (100) is equipped to deliver scalable solutions swiftly, underlining its efficiency and ability to meet urgent healthcare needs. Additionally, the AI integrated system of report generation in the medical clinic (100) as in the present invention provides immediate report in no-time, which is unassisted, yet reliable. Based on its portability, the medical clinic (100) can be transported anywhere with ease – thus is advantageous for remote locations will less or almost nil medical facilities.

1. An AI integrated portable clinic (100) comprising:
a standalone device with a testing unit,
a platform with a seat (50) for a user and is coupled with a weight sensor (60),
a smart screen (20) designed with a UI/UX user interface;
at least one smart camera (40)
a server,
a power source,
a report generation unit, and
an inbuild printer (45);
wherein the testing unit includes a plurality of sensors, a plurality of diagnostic devices;
characterized in that the testing unit is integrated with a health AI algorithm to perform predictive analysis that analyses the current report and predicts anticipated medical risks of the user;
wherein the server is connected to a database to store the user data;
wherein the report generation unit generates a comprehensive report indicating the measured parameters of the user and the anticipated medical risks of the user that is presented to the user simultaneously as a digital copy in the smart screen (20) and as a hard copy by the inbuild printer (45);
2. The AI integrated portable clinic (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein, the sensors comprise automated blood pressure and SPO2 sensor (30a), ECG sensor (30c), thermal sensor (30b), Infrared sensor (10) measuring height, weight sensor (60).
3. The AI integrated portable clinic (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein, the standalone device is at least 6.5 feet tall and at least 2 feet wide and the seat is at least 1.5 feet height.
4. The AI integrated portable clinic (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein, the power source is battery.
5. The AI integrated portable clinic (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein, the power source is electricity.
6. A process (1000) of working of an AI integrated portable clinic (100) comprising the steps of:
(a) interaction of a user with a standalone device through a UI/UX interface in a smart screen (20);
(b) collection of personal details of the user (1100);
(c) capturing medical data of the user by the testing unit (1200);
(d) encrypting the captured data into a machine-readable format;
(e) processing and analyzing the medical data against a set of reference values in database (1500);
(f) predicting the anticipated medical risks of the users using AI algorithm (1600);
(g) preparing a comprehensive report comprising the measured parameters and the anticipated medical risks if any (1700);
(h) presenting the comprehensive report to the user as a hard copy and a digital copy; and
(i) storing the user details and the generated comprehensive report in a database (1400) for future use;
wherein the medical data captured by the testing unit includes a plurality of signals from a plurality of sensors (30) in the testing unit.
