Abstract: A HIGH-STRENGTH HOT-ROLLED STEEL SHEET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF The present disclosure discloses a method for producing high strength hot rolled steel sheet for high stretch-flangeability property. The steel sheet comprising composition of carbon (C) more than 0.04 wt.% but less than 0.07 wt.%, manganese (Mn) more than of 1.0 wt.% but less than 1.4 wt.%, silicon (Si) less than 0.04 wt.%, phosphorous (P) up to 0.020 wt.%, sulphur (S) up to 0.005 wt.%, aluminium (Al) more than of 0.02 wt.% less than 0.08wt.%, niobium (Nb) more than of 0.04 wt.% less than 0.05 wt.%, nitrogen (N) less than 0.013 wt.%, and iron (Fe) being remainder of the composition along with incidental elements. Further, the high strength hot rolled steel sheet exhibits ultimate tensile strength greater than 540 MPa and stretch-flangeability with more than 100% Hole Expansion Ratio (HER). Figure. 1
