Paper Sheet Handling Device
Abstract: This paper sheet handling device (100) is provided with a partition (30) that forms an insertion space (S1) between the partition and a first opposed part (10), where a paper sheet (B) is inserted from an insertion slot (61), and forms a removal space (S2) between the partition and a second opposed part (20), where the paper sheet is removed from the insertion slot, and a transfer unit (40) that protrudes from a first opening (11a) of the first opposed part and a second opening (33a) of the partition toward the removal space side and transfers the paper sheet remaining in the removal space. The partition has a second shutter (34) that covers the second opening such that the second opening can be opened and closed, and second shutter opening/closing units (35, 36, 37) that open the second opening by opening the second shutter in cooperation with a movement of the partition to a remaining paper transfer position (P24).
