Non Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet And Method For Manufacturing Same

Abstract: This non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises: 3.0-4.0 weight% of Si; 0.1-1.5 weight% of Al; 0.1-0.5 weight% of Mn; 2-20 weight% of Cr with respect to the content of Mn; 0.006-0.1 weight% of a sum of Sn and Sb; 0.0010-0.0050 weight% of C; and 0.0003-0.0050 weight% of at least one of N, S, Ti, Nb and V, and comprises the remainder of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein an area fraction of grains having a grain diameter of 10 % or less of the thickness of the steel sheet is 0.5 % or more, a number fraction of grains is 20 % or more, and an average grain diameter from the center layer in the thickness direction of the steel sheet to the surface layer thereof satisfies the relationship in which D (surface)/D (center) = 0.6.
