Abstract: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises, in weight %, 0.005% or less (excluding 0%) of C, 1.5-3.0% of Si, 0.4-1.5% of Mn, 0.005% or less (excluding 0%) of S, 0.0001-0.7% of Al, 0.005% or less (excluding 0%) of N, 0.005% or less (excluding 0%) of Ti, 0.001-0.02% of Cu, 0.01-0.05% of Sb, 0.001-0.1% of Sn, 0.005-0.07% of P, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the Mn content, Si content, and Al content satisfy [Expression 1], the Sb content, Sn content, and P content satisfy [Expression 2], and the number of (Mn, Cu)S precipitates having a size of 0.5 µm or less per unit area is 1/µm3 or less.
