White Cement Based Water Resistant Putty And Process Of Preparation Thereof

Abstract: The present invention discloses white cement based water resistant putty and process of preparation thereof. The white cement based wall putty composition of the subject invention has good water resistance along with better compatibility, adhesion, workability, coverage and mechanical properties. The water resistant white cement based wall putty composition comprises 15 – 30 parts by weight of white cement, 25 – 55 parts by weight of inorganic filler material, 0.2 – 0.5 parts by weight of cellulose ether, 1 – 5 parts by weight of redispersible polymer powder, 15 – 50 parts by weight of coated mineral powder and 3 – 5 parts by weight of mineral clay. The selected raw materials of the white cement based water resistant wall putty composition shows synergistic effect on the performance including water resistance and cost effectiveness.
