Abstract: A method and system for generating synthetic operational data for a battery is disclosed. The method includes receiving operational data of the battery for a first predefined period of battery operation comprising time series data. Further, synthetic operational data for a second predefined period of the battery operation is determined based on the operational data for the first predefined period using an encoder-decoder based neural network.
