A Linkage Mechansim For A Boom Stick Of An Earthmover And An Earthmover Thereof

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a linkage mechanism (100) for a boom stick (3) of an earthmover (200) and an earthmover (200) thereof. The linkage mechanism (100) is configured to at least align and orient the scooper (4) relative to the boom stick (3). The linkage mechanism (100) comprises at least one driving link (1), at least one driven link (5) and at least one intermediate link (6). The linkage mechanism (100) is configured to pivot a scooper (4) of the earthmover (200) relative to the boom stick (3) upon actuation of at least one actuator of a plurality of actuators (2a) of the earthmover (200). With such configuration, spillage of contents from the scooper (4) of the earthmover (200) may be reduced or eliminated without requiring modifications to body (23) of the earthmover (200) for mounting the linkage mechanism (100).
