Abstract: Title: Inner Diameter Lifting Tackle Device Abstract Inner Diameter lifting tackle is invented and designed to lift, hot inner aluminium sleeve type forgings from the die with safety, ease and quality without any damage to the part. As such ref.Fig.1.A mobile overhead cran·e will hold inner diameter lifting tackle with gripper legs (5), Lifter shaft (2) with locking flange (4) are designed and invented to handle hot aluminium sleeve type forgings. The device can lift around 200kgs weight of the part and can be operated from ambient up to 800°C temperature of the part.

material.

Wherein this lifting tackler is designed to lift hot aluminium sleeve forgings, having inner
diameter range between 140mm to 180mm and can be used to left the inner diameter aluminium parts
from room temperature to even at elevated temperatures up to 800 °C .It is designed to lift up to 200kgs of weight of the part.
