The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
Field of the Invention
This invention relates to the field of industrial machinery, and more particularly to an industrial freezer used in a factory.

Background of the Invention
Machines for cooling and freezing of articles, such as foodstuffs are known in the prior art. Example freezer in the factory often affects the quality of the product due to poor freezing effect, and different types of products cannot be effectively classified and refrigerated.
Conventional machineries, generally comprise elongated freezing tunnels through which articles to be cooled and frozen are passed, generally on a moving belt or other conveyor means. Long, narrow cooling and freezing tunnels are necessary for effective cooling requirements, yet allow for long contact times for articles or foodstuffs to be cooled or frozen. Some freezers generally rely on manpower to place the goods on the shelves when moving the goods into the freezer. When they need to be placed on the shelf high, they also rely on manpower, which consumes labor greatly and has low work efficiency. Most existing freezers rely on humans to manually lock them.
Proper balance of food in the freezing system is important, but can be difficult to maintain throughout continuous production of the food products. In general, conventional freezers does to some extent but they are pressurising entire cabin which again leads limitation on the variety of products in a single day production. Even they if they do on variety of products they have to go for defrosting process which eventually affect the efficiency of the production and also power consumption.
There are no known automatic methods, system or a machine which ensure a freezing of variety of products and stay "balanced" throughout production. To ensure maximum operating efficiency, the freezer must be constantly monitored and adjusted manually in order to maintain the necessary operating balance, especially where perishable products, such as food products are processed.
There is therefore provided a freezer system which automatically balances a freezer throughout production, relieves the operator from the burden of "balancing" the freezer, and provides higher overall efficiencies for the freezing system without limiting on the variety of products in the conveyor.

Object of the invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a safe and convenient freezer to address a number of deficiencies in the prior art.Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to create a freezer of the above type which can be manufactured with a high degree of efficiency at an advantageous cost.
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a simple lifting mechanism in the freezer, which overcomes the problems of low efficiency of manual loading and the like, and improves working efficiency.

Summary of the Invention
An aspect of the present invention is to address at least the above-mentioned problems and/or disadvantages and to provide at least the advantages described below.
The present invention has several aspects that may be claimed and stand as patentable individually or in combination including but not limited to the following.
Accordingly in one aspect of the present invention relates to amulti-jet freezer for simultaneously conveying and freezing food products. The multi-jet freezer including an evaporator coil means mounted in a refrigerating mechanism, a centrifugal blower assemblage mounted adjacent to the evaporator coil, anda duct coupled to the centrifugal blower and an elongated impingement, the elongated impingement includes a top impingement and a bottom impingement. Further, the top impingement and the bottom impingement are having an adjustable automatic lifting mechanism. In operation, the evaporator coil means and the centrifugal blower are operable to deliver pressurized freezing air to the top elongated impingement and the bottom elongated impingement via the duct over the conveyor line, while the food products are being frozen by such air.

Terms first, second, and the like are used to differentiate between objects having the same terminology and are in no way intended to represent a chronological order, unless where explicitly stated otherwise. A set is defined as a non-empty set including at least one element.
FIG.1 shows a multi-jet freezer for simultaneously conveying and freezing food products. The multi-jet freezer having automatic lifting mechanism which will help the product to get freeze very fastly. In an embodiment, inside the freezer there are separate module each modules having two 5.5 kw Blowers. Both blowers are directly blow at the top conta plate (top impingement) and from the top conta plate there are at leasteight bottom duct connection so the product will get full length top and bottom air flow .The invention multi-jet freezer power consumption is less than 40% from the conventional one because as they are pressurising entire cabin, in contrast to the conventional one the invention multi-jet freezer concentrating only on the duct area which need to be pressurised. If conventional freezer wanted to do a different product they have to go for defrosting process and need to adjust the product heightwhich will affect efficiency and power consumption.
Further, in the invention multi-jet freezer the automatic lifting mechanism is the main advantage. In a single day production the customer may have a lot of different type of products with different Height. So depends on the product size in a single touch top conta plate will automatically adjust and keep the gap between the product and top conta plate as 20 mm. The lifting mechanism is a screw jack mechanismwhich will help the conta plate smooth operation even at -40 degree centigrade.
As shown in figure 1, the multi-jet freezer including an evaporator coil means, a centrifugal blower assemblage including a blower motor, a duct, and an elongated impingement. The evaporator coil means mounted in a refrigerating mechanism, the centrifugal blower assemblage mounted adjacent to the evaporator coil. The duct coupled to the centrifugal blower and the elongated impingement, the elongated impingement includes a top impingement and a bottom impingement. the top impingement and the bottom impingement are having an adjustable automatic lifting mechanism. In an example embodiment, the top impingement and the bottom impingement are parallel to each other. In an embodiment, the adjustable automatic lift mechanism facilitates the frozen air concentrating only on the duct area which needs to be pressurized. In another embodiment, the lifting mechanism is a screw jack mechanism which will help the impingement smooth operation even at - 400centigrade.

In an operation, the evaporator coil means and the centrifugal blower are operable to deliver pressurized freezing air to the top elongated impingement and the bottom elongated impingement via the duct over the conveyor line, while the food products are being frozen by such air. In an embodiment, the top impingement is automatically adjusted in order to keep the gap between the product and top impingement as 20 mm.
In an embodiment, the impingements are adjusted with a flow directing configuration that directs the discharging frozen air both upwardly and downwardly in the direction of conveyance. The centrifugal blower includes at least two blowers of 5.5KW which directly blow at the top impingement, and the duct includes eight bottom duct connection to get full length top and bottom air flow. The multi-jet freezer is independent of type of products and their height which need to be freeze which eventually enhances the single day production and reduce the power consumption by at least 40%.
The multi-jet freezer may also include one or more flow control fansto control the flow of air through the duct.
Figure/s is/are merely representational and are not drawn to scale. Certain portions thereof may be exaggerated, while others may be minimized. Figures illustrate various embodiments of the invention that can be understood and appropriately carried out by those of ordinary skill in the art.
