Abstract: The disclosed invention presents a cloud-based access control an visitor management system that leverages NFC, QR codes, and RFID technology to streamline property access. This innovative system eliminates the reliance on physical ID cards, providing a secure and user friendly alternative. It comprises peripheral devices such as NFC scanners, QR code readers, and RFID tag readers that capture user data. This data is then securely transmitted to the central hub (ComUnify Hub), which manages the control of access points and communication with cloud servers (ComUnify Servers) through HTTPS encryption. The cloud-based platform offers versatile user management and customization options, accessible via mobile and web applications, making it adaptable to various property management scenarios. The system enhances security, reduces administrative overhead, and improves the user experience by automating access control processes and allowing for rapid, efficient entry. By employing HTTP status codes, it ensures secure and efficient communication, making it a gamechanging solution for modern property management and access control.
