Non Corroded Base Stand For Prabhavali

Abstract: The Prabhavali’s are made up of bronze or brass materials and base stand made up on mild steel plate. The chemical composition makes brass a highly durable and corrosion-resistant material. But in the temples “sprinkling” was done thrice a time of everyday increases the positive energy of the God. In this reason the base of the Prabhavali was corrupted within a short time. To overcome this issue, we developed novel PVC stand for inserting the mild steel plate inside the stand to prevent the corrosion. PVC is resistant to weathering, chemical rotting, corrosion, shock, and abrasion. It is the preferred choice for many long-life and outdoor products. Because of its high chlorine content, PVC products are self-extinguishing. So that the base material of the prabhavali was changed with the poly vinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe for the existing material of mils streel.

Description:The invention is illustrated with the help of the accompanying drawing fig 1 to 4
With reference to fig.1, the present invention illustrates that the side view of the PVC base attached with the prabhavali.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figure 2 the detailed view or front view of the PVC base stand attached with the prabhavali.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig 3 the top view of the PVC base stand attached with the prabhavali.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig 4 the non-corroded PVC base stand attached with the prabhavali.
According to another embodiment of the present invention the brass or bronze material part weight (102) is directly proportional to the diameter (104) of the PVC pipe stand. The prabhavali weight range from 500 g to 12 kg is inserted to the base stand diameter 2 inch to 10 inch respectively.
According to another embodiment of the present design the base stand pipe is attached with the half circle type stand is attached with the base (108), it’s only the main centre of attraction of the pipe. According to another embodiment of the present invention not only the Polyvinyl chloride material, all these plastic type of materials are used as stand for this prabhavali. PVC used because of high availability.
, Claims:8. Claim
We claim:
1. A brass Prabhavali, comprising of:
a PVC pipe base stand (104);
a left side dummy cover (106);
a bottom base for stand (108) and
a right side dummy cover (110).
2. As claimed in claim 1, the PVC pipe stand (102) fitted design layout for non-corrosion of prabhavali.
3: As claimed in claim 1, from 300g to 15kg range of prabhavali fitted with the 2 inch PVC stand to 12-inch diameter is claimed.
4: As claimed in claim 1, in the design PVC base stand covered with the dummy cover left side (106) and right side (110) it’s closed the horizontal stand, the water or other ingredients not flow into the pipe.
5: As claimed in claim 1, the stand design top portion created a holes, in that holes the existing prabhavali inserted in that stand, bottom face two half circle flat control pieces added (108), its help to prabhavali withstand in the place.
