Abstract: METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SMART TEST EXECUTION IN A NETWORK TEST AUTOMATION PLATFORM ABSTRACT The disclosure relates to system (100) and method (1000) for smart test execution in a network test automation platform. The method (1000) includes retrieving (1006) set of parameter values for each of plurality of test cases in test suite corresponding to set of risk parameters based on latest release of product code; calculating (1008) risk index for each of the plurality of test cases based on the set of parameter values and predefined set of weightage scores; determining (1010) execution order of plurality of test cases based on the calculated risk index; executing (1012) a set of priority test cases from the plurality of test cases based on the execution order and a predefined threshold risk escape value; and dynamically rendering (1018) in real-time, live charts based on current risk escape value upon execution of the set of priority test cases via GUI.
