Specification

Description:A SADDLE TYPE VEHICLE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001]
The present subject matter, in general, relates to a saddle type vehicle and, in particular relates to a saddle type vehicle provided with a 5 plurality of panels accommodated to a fuel storage.
BACKGROUND
[0002]
Generally, in saddle type vehicles with internal combustion engines an engine assembly is disposed with a cooling mechanism. The engine assembly may be oil cooled or air cooled. In oil cooled or air-cooled engine 10 assembly, one or more radiators may be provided for cooling the engine assembly of the vehicle. The saddle type vehicles are used in all forms of environment, typically in summer season engines in saddle type vehicles dissipate more heat.
[0003]
In conventional saddle type vehicles, the cooling mechanisms are 15 provided for the engine such as air cooling, water cooling, steam cooling, etc. but still some of the hot air dissipate from the engine.
[0004]
Generally, in saddle type vehicles the engine assembly is just below the fuel storage tank and the rider seat assembly is also in the vicinity of the fuel storage tank, as hot air raises up, the engine heat tries to escape from 20 the frame structure near seat assembly and fuel storage tank and that heat will be trapped and increase the temperature of the frame near rider thighs.
[0005]
In one of the examples, the air cleaner box structure is provided near the radiator, which is in the vicinity of the engine assembly, said box will transfer the gases exhausted by radiator to the lower direction of the vehicle. 25 The air guiding passage is disposed near to the radiator which allow for the effectively providing the intake passage and the air guiding passage. In this example the air passages are provided with the cleaner box and this assembly is provided near radiator which tends to require more space and system also became complex. 30
Classification: Internal

[0006]
In one of the other examples, the air guiding passage is provided below the head lamp assembly which is a hollow head member supported by steering shaft and paired hollow main frame, members extending rearward from the head member on right and left side of motorcycles. In this example the hollow cavity type assembly is provided which connects to the 5 air cleaner of an engine, this also follow the air-cooling mechanism for engine but still the problem of heat trapping is prevalent in saddle type vehicle near the fuel tank and rider seat assembly.
[0007]
Moreover, when a slot or provision is provided to ensure elimination of the air that is coming from the engine, the entire vehicle interior and the 10 mountings become visible which is not desirable.
[0008]
Thus, there is a need in the art for the plurality of panels are provided which provides air flow passage and inlet for cooling the area near rider seat of a saddle type vehicle also to provide the proper passage for transfer of heat. which addresses at least the aforementioned problems and other 15 problems of known art.
[0009]
Further limitations and disadvantages of conventional and traditional approaches will become apparent to one of skill in the art, through comparison of described systems with some aspects of the present disclosure, as set forth in the remainder of the present application and with 20 reference to the drawings.
