A Composite For 3 D Printing Of Light Triggered Scaffolds And Methods Thereof
Abstract: ABSTRACT A COMPOSITE FOR 3D PRINTING OF LIGHT TRIGGERED SCAFFOLDS AND METHODS THEREOF The present disclosure provides a composite comprising a shape memory polymer; and a photothermal nanofiller; wherein the shape memory polymer 5 comprises poly(L-lactide-co-trimethylene carbonate) (PLMC; and the photothermal nanofiller is selected from polydopamine nanoparticles (PDANPs), gold nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, or mixtures thereof. The present disclosure also provides a composite scaffold, a product comprising the composite scaffold and a method of preparing the composite and 10 fabricating the composite scaffold thereof. The present disclosure further provides a method of treating a target site in a subject and a method of eliminating defective cells in a subject using the composite scaffold.
