Abstract: In an internal combustion engine control device 50, in a case where one of a first ignition plug 10a or 10b and a second ignition plug 10b or 10a is in a normal state, while the other of the first ignition plug 10a or 10b and the second ignition plug 10b or 10a is in an abnormal state, an ignition control unit 151 stops an ignition operation executed with the one of the first ignition plug 10a or 10b and the second ignition plug 10b or 10a when a rotational speed of an internal combustion engine 1 is equal to or higher than a second predetermined ignition-cut execution rotational speed NE2’ that is lower than a first predetermined ignition-cut execution rotational speed NE2, and in a case where one of the first ignition plug 10a or 10b and the second ignition plug 10b or 10a is in a normal state, while the other of the first ignition plug 10a or 10b and the second ignition plug 10b or 10a is in an abnormal state, a fuel supply control unit 152 stops a supply operation of fuel to the internal combustion engine 1 when the rotational speed of the internal combustion engine 1 is equal to or higher than a second predetermined fuel-cut execution rotational speed NE1’ that is lower than a first predetermined fuel-cut execution rotational speed NE1.
