Abstract: A communication system (53) that is a wireless mesh network is constituted by wireless communication terminals (10, 20) using different protocols, and a wireless communication terminal (30). The wireless communication terminal (30) comprises a plurality of communication units that respectively support a plurality of protocols used by the wireless communication terminals (10, 20). The wireless communication terminal (30) converts a message based on a transmission source protocol that is the protocol used by a transmission source, to a message based on a destination protocol used by a destination, and transmits the message obtained by the conversion, by use of one of the plurality of communication units that supports the destination protocol.
