Abstract: The present invention provides a remote monitoring system whereby the work of monitoring an elevator can be taken over easily, a user management method therefor, and a user management program. A remote monitoring system (1) is provided with a registration reception unit (13), and a setting unit (14). The registration reception unit (13) receives registration information. The registration information indicates registration of a second user who serves as a child user relative to a first user who is registered in a user management table. A first table associates each user with a monitoring range that each user can access.
