Abstract: A production stop information extraction unit (101) acquires production stop information indicating information regarding scheduled equipment the production of which is scheduled to be stopped. A manufacture equipment search unit (102) extracts related equipment that is related to the scheduled equipment, on the basis of the production stop information. A facility influence range search unit (103) extracts a facility in which the related equipment is disposed. A manufacturer value extraction unit (110) acquires sales profit information regarding the related equipment of a manufacturer that manufactures the related equipment. A risk/value calculation unit (105) calculates a value of manufacturing the related equipment by the manufacturer, on the basis of the sales profit information.
