Abstract: A training device (100) comprises: a training image acquisition unit (110) that acquires training image information indicating a training image; a one-dimensional training image generation unit (120) that makes training images indicated respectively by a plurality of pieces of training image information one dimensional, and generates a plurality of one-dimensional training image signals corresponding to the plurality of pieces of training image information; a matrix generation unit (130) that generates a matrix in which the plurality of one-dimensional training image signals are arranged in parallel to each other; a singular value decomposition unit (140) that calculates a right singular vector and a singular value by performing singular value decomposition for the matrix; a trained model generation unit (150) that generates a trained model which is based on the right singular vector and the singular value, and which outputs an inference result using, as an explanatory variable, a one-dimensional inference target image signal indicating an image in which an inference target image, which is an image obtained by imaging an inference target object, is made one dimensional; and a trained model output unit (160) that outputs the trained model as trained model information.
