An Inner Panel Structure Of A Vehicle For Mounting A Seat Belt Retractor Assembly

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an inner panel structure of a vehicle for mounting a seat belt retractor assembly. The inner panel structure (100) comprises a projected body (10), integrally formed with an inner panel (201) and bulges towards an interior of the vehicle to form a receptacle between the inner panel and an outer panel (202) of the vehicle to accommodate the seat belt retractor assembly (200). The projected body is defined with a first end (11), and a second end (12) having an arcuated shape. A pair of uplifted profiles (20) raises from an exterior side (100a) of the projected body and is in form of an inverted L- shape extending between a top end (10a) and a bottom end (10b). Further, a mounting region (30) is interposed between the pair of uplifted profiles to securely accommodate the seat belt retractor assembly (200) within the receptacle.
