PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularity describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a wheat husk and dust filtering machine. Particularly, this invention relates to a wheat husk and dust filtering machine provided to filter wheat husk and dust from threshed husk received from a thresher to collect dust in bag easily to minimize the dust pollution cause by thresher.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The threshing of wheat harvesting contributes to dust pollution in the atmosphere and to solve this, the student devised a sophisticated thresher. At the time of wheat harvesting, we see that the husk is separated from the wheat by the thresher machine. After the separation of wheat and chaff, it comes out of the thresher through two different routes. Wheat can be easily obtained, but on the other hand, the dust coming out along with the husk pollutes the atmosphere. This equipment prevents the dust coming out of the husk from going into the atmosphere. This device will be very helpful to minimize the dust pollution in the surrounding atmosphere once it is connected to the thresher, not only this it will be useful for the cattle feeding on the husk.
There are disadvantages associated with the conventional wheat threshing. One of the disadvantages is that dust during wheat threshing is directly blow in the air which cause air pollution.
Another of the disadvantages associated with the conventional wheat threshing is that dust cause severe issued in many human beings and affect the environment.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide a wheat husk and dust filtering machine, which obviates the disadvantages associated with the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a wheat husk and dust filtering machine which is capable to collect the dust form a thresher.
Yet object of the present invention is to provide a wheat husk and dust filtering machine which is minimize the effect of dust generated during the wheat threshing.
Still, another object of the present invention is to provide a wheat husk and dust filtering machine which is simple and easy to install with any conventional thresher.
Further, object of the present invention is to provide a wheat husk and dust filtering machine which is economical.
STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION
According to the invention, there is provided a wheat husk and dust filtering machine comprising a filtering comportment, adapted to be secured with a frame, such to receive threshed mixture of husk and dust from a thresher; a fan, secured at one side of the filtering comportment, being provided to push the mixture of husk and dust into the filtering compartment; a filter, secured at center of the filtering comportment, being provided such that to filter the husk from the mixture; an exhausting fan being provided to push filtered husk to one side of the filtering compartment; a dust collecting means being provided to collect the dust passed through the filter.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A wheat husk and dust filtering machine, according to a preferred embodiment is herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings and example wherein,
Figure 1 – illustrates perspective view of a wheat husk and dust filtering machine,
Figure 2 – illustrates side view of a wheat husk and dust filtering machine, and
Figure 3 – illustrates top view of a wheat husk and dust filtering machine,
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A wheat husk and dust filtering machine is herein described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However, these specific details are exemplary details and should not be treated as a limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this specification, the word “comprise” or variations such as “comprises or comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps. Same or similar reference numerals are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts or steps.
Referring to the drawing, figure 1, 2, & 3 perspective views of a wheat husk and dust filtering machine are shown. A wheat husk and dust filtering machine comprise a filtering comportment (1), adapted to be secured with a frame (2), such to receive threshed mixture of husk and dust from a thresher. A fan (3) secured at one side of the filtering comportment (1), is provided to push the mixture of husk and dust into the filtering compartment (1). A filter (4), for example, a wire net filter, secured at center of the filtering comportment (1) is provided such that to filter the husk from the mixture. An exhausting fan (5) is provided to push filtered husk to one side of the filtering compartment (1). A dust collecting means (6) is provided to collect the dust passed through the filter.
The filtering compartment (1) comprises, for example, a hopper (11) provided to receive the threshed mixture of husk and dust from the thresher.
The dust collecting means (6) comprises a dust collecting bag (12) secured at exit end of a channel (13) provided at other end of filtering comportment (1) such that to pass the filtrated dust into the dust collecting bag (12). At least one slot (14) is provided in the channel (13) to hold a water tray (15) therein such that to moisturize the dust to minimize pollution in the environment.
In one embodiment, the fans (3 & 5 ) are electric fans having a connecting plug provided to connect with the power supply.
During working of the machine, exit point of a thresher is connected with the hopper such that to receive the mixture of the wheat husk in the filtering comportment (1). The fan (3) blows the air to push the mixture towards the filter (4). The husk piled up or filtrated from the filter and exhausted by the exhaust fan. The filtered dust pass through the channel and collected in the colleting bag.
Certain features of the invention have been described with reference to the example embodiments. However, the description is not intended to be construed in a limiting sense. Various modifications of the example embodiments as well as other embodiments of the invention, which are apparent to the persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, are deemed to lie within the scope of the invention.
