Polarized Novel Cementitious Binder

Abstract: The present invention relates to a polarized cementitious binder (100) comprising a unique combination of materials to enhance its structural properties and sustainability. The binder includes an aluminosilicate material (102) present in a weight percentage range of 50-90% w/w, a dolomite material (104) containing fly ash, present in a weight percentage range of 10-30% w/w, and at least one alkali activator (106) selected from compounds such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium silicate, or potassium silicate. Additionally, a doping material (108) in powder form, present in a weight percentage range of 1-10% w/w, is incorporated to modify the binder's characteristics. The aluminosilicate material (102) is characterized by a particle size of 10 µm to 70 µm for optimal reactivity, and the dolomite material (104) has a particle size of 1 µm to 10 µm to ensure uniform dispersion.

Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the field of cementations materials more particularly, the invention focuses on the formulation of a polymerized binder with optimized chemical and physical properties, achieved through a carefully designed combination of materials and activation processes.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In recent years, the construction sector has undergone a significant transformation, embracing sustainable practices and the creation of eco-friendly building materials. A key innovation in this shift is the use of polymerized aluminosilicate binders, which exhibit superior mechanical properties and a lower environmental impact when compared to conventional cement-based materials. By integrating polymerized aluminosilicate binders into construction practices, the industry can promote more sustainable methodologies while enhancing the durability and resilience of structures, contributing to a more circular economy by utilizing recycled materials and reducing waste.
