Abstract: A cylindrical secondary battery according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrode assembly; a battery housing for accommodating the electrode assembly via an open portion; a first current collector plate which comprises a support portion disposed on the electrode assembly, at least one tab coupling portion extending from the support portion, and at least one housing coupling portion extending from an end of the tab coupling portion so as to be coupled to the inner surface of the battery housing, and is located inside the battery housing; a cap plate for covering the open portion; a terminal passing through the battery housing from the opposite side of the open portion; and a sealing spacer for preventing the electrode assembly from moving and formed so as to reinforce the sealing of the battery housing.
