Thermoplastic Resin Composition, Method For Producing Same, And Molded Article Produced Therefrom

Abstract: The present invention pertains to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method for producing same, and a molded article produced therefrom. More specifically, the present invention pertains to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method for producing same, and a molded article produced therefrom, the thermoplastic resin composition containing: (A) an alkyl acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyan compound graft copolymer composed of a polymer seed containing 45-72 wt% of an alkyl acrylate and 28-55 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound, a polymer rubber core surrounding the polymer seed and containing 78-91 wt% of alkyl acrylate and 9-22 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound, and a polymer graft shell surrounding the rubber core and containing 65-82 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound, 12-30 wt% of a vinyl cyan compound, and 3-15 wt% of alkyl acrylate; and (B) a non-graft copolymer composed of alkyl (meth)acrylate, an aromatic vinyl compound, and a vinyl cyan compound, wherein the average particle size and the refractive index of each layer in the (A) graft copolymer is appropriately adjusted. The present invention has the effect of providing a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent transparency, glossiness, weather resistance, and impact resistance, a method for producing same, and a molded article produced therefrom.
