Electrode Assembly Manufacturing Device For Preventing Folding Of Separator, And Electrode Assembly Manufactured Using Same

Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode assembly manufacturing device comprising: a first separator supply unit for supplying a first separator sheet from a first separator roll; a first electrode supply unit for supplying first unit electrodes by cutting a first electrode taken out from a first electrode roll; a second separator supply unit for supplying a second separator sheet from a second separator roll; a wrinkle preventing unit which grips the first separator sheet and the second separator sheet and applies tension thereto; a surface treatment unit for forming fine raised patterns on the first separator sheet and the second separator sheet; a lamination unit which heats, presses, and bonds the first separator sheet, the first unit electrodes, and the second separator sheet; and a cutting unit for cutting the first separator sheet and the second separator sheet. The electrode assembly manufacturing device can prevent the production of a defective electrode assembly by preventing wrinkles from being formed on a separator during the manufacturing process of an electrode assembly.
