Apparatus And Method For Diagnosing Battery

Abstract: An apparatus for diagnosing a battery according to an aspect of the present invention may comprise: a measurement unit configured to measure a voltage value of the battery at every predetermined period while the battery is being charged; and a processor configured to calculate a resistance value of the battery on the basis of the measured voltage value of the battery, compare a plurality of calculated resistance values with a preset reference profile so as to determine a resistance change pattern, and determine the state of the battery on the basis of the determined resistance change pattern.
