Abstract: A drum cutting device (100), e.g., for shears adapted to cut flat metal products (300) advancing along a direction substantially parallel to their direction of longitudinal extension, said device (100) being adapted to cut said flat metal products (200) transversely relative to their direction of advancement, wherein said device (100) comprises at least one drum (101) adapted to be rotated and diametrically delimited by a cylindrical surface (102) containing a blade or knife (103) which partially protrudes from said cylindrical surface (102), wherein said blade or knife (103) is partially housed in a seat (104) of said drum (101) and extends longitudinally along a direction substantially parallel to the rotation axis (X) of said drum (101), wherein said device (100) comprises an adjustment wedge (105) for adjusting the position of the knife, said device (100) comprising translation means for the translation of said wedge (105) in said two opposite directions of translation.
