Abstract: The present application relates to: novel glycosyltransferase B (UGT-B); a polynucleotide encoding the glycosyltransferase B (UGT-B); an expression vector comprising the polynucleotide; a microorganism comprising the glycosyltransferase B (UGT-B) or the polynucleotide encoding the glycosyltransferase B (UGT-B); and a method for producing rebaudioside D and rebaudioside M using the microorganism.
