Abstract: There is provided a centrifugal impeller for a compressor of a turbocharger. The impeller comprises a hub and a blade. The hub extends along an impeller axis. The blade extends from the hub. The blade defines a pressure surface and a suction surface. The pressure surface comprises a concave portion.
