Abstract: This zinc-plated steel sheet comprises a steel sheet and a zinc plating layer arranged on the steel sheet, in which a metal structure at a depth corresponding to 1/4 of the thickness of the steel sheet from the surface of the steel sheet comprises, in % by area, 2.0 to 25.0% of ferrite, 10.0% or less of bainite, more than 60.0% and 93.0% or less of tempered martensite and 5.0% or more of retained austenite, and the area ratio of the retained austenite that contacts with a 30° grain boundary, has an Mn concentration that is 1.2 times larger than the average Mn concentration, and also has a crystal grain diameter of 0.3 to 2.0µm is 3.0% or more.
