Hot Rolled Steel Sheet
Abstract: This hot-rolled steel sheet has a prescribed chemical composition. The metal structure at a position of 1/4 of the sheet thickness and at a position 100 µm from the surface is such that by area, one or more of martensite and tempered martensite represent 95% or above in total, and ferrite, bainite and perlite represent 5% or below in total. The average dislocation density at the position 100 µm from the surface is at least 1.2 times the average dislocation density at the position of 1/4 of the sheet thickness.
