Abstract: Disclosed is a current collector for a secondary battery. The current collector for a secondary battery has an elongation rate of 1.5-3.0 % and a tensile strength of 25-35 kgf/mm2. According to the present invention, the elongation rate and tensile strength of the current collector are optimally set, so the length of the camber is lowered to less than 20 mm when an electrode plate is manufactured, and there is no meandering defect or no disconnection failure during a jelly roll winding process.
