Hot Rolled Steel Sheet

Abstract: This hot-rolled steel sheet has a metal structure that contains, in percentage by area, 55% to 95% of bainite, 5% to 30% of residual austenite, 5% or less of fresh martensite, 5% or less of ferrite and 5% or less of pearlite, while having a pole density of the (110) <011> orientation of 3.0 or less in the texture of a region from the surface to the depth corresponding to 1/8 of the sheet thickness, and having an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the surface of less than 1.2 µm after acid pickling.
