Plated Steel Sheet

Abstract: This plated steel sheet is provided with a steel substrate, a plating layer formed on the surface of this steel substrate, and an oxidized film formed on the surface of this plating layer. The chemical composition of the plating layer includes, by mass%, 0.000010 to 4.0% Sc, and, in a cross section in the direction of thickness of this plating layer, the surface area percentage of Sc-containing intermetallic compound phase having an equivalent circular diameter of 5.0 µm or smaller is 0.1 to 10.0%, and the thickness of the oxidized film is 10 nm or greater.
