Abstract: Provided is a hot-rolled steel sheet having high strength, excellent processability, excellent LME resistance, and excellent rigidity. A hot-rolled steel sheet according to the present embodiment contains, in mass%, 0.040-0.120% of C, 0.01-0.60% of Si, 0.50-1.50% of Mn, at most 0.025% of P, at most 0.010% of S, 0.010-0.070% of Al, at most 0.0070% of N, 0.055-0.200% of Ti, and 0.0010-0.0050% of B, with the remainder consisting of Fe and impurities, and has a microstructure in which the area ratio of bainitic ferrite is at least 85%, the dislocation density is 8.0×1013 to 100.0×1013/m2, the average equivalent circle diameter of Ti carbides in the hot-rolled steel sheet is at most 10 nm, and the average equivalent circle diameter of crystal grains of the bainitic ferrite is at most 15 µm.
