Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode tab welding apparatus which welds electrode tabs protruding from an electrode assembly together, and the electrode tab welding apparatus may comprise: a guide part provided to join the electrode tabs together; and a welding part provided to weld the electrode tabs joined by the guide part together in a predetermined weld region, wherein the guide part is provided to, for at least some of the electrode tabs, press the electrode tabs toward the electrode assembly while moving toward electrode assembly before the electrode tabs are welded by the welding part, so as to increase the length from the electrode assembly to the weld region.
