Crushing Roller, Solid Fuel Crushing Device, And Method For Producing Crushing Roller

Abstract: This crushing roller comprises an annular roller part (49) that is fit with an outer peripheral part of a journal housing from the outside, and which crushes solid fuel between the crushing roller and a crushing table. The roller part (49) has a first portion (49A) and a second portion (49B) which is aligned with the first portion (49A) along an axial direction and is fixed to the first portion (49A). The first portion (49A) has a first base part (51A) that is fit with the outer peripheral part of the journal housing from the outside, and a first ceramic part (52A) that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the first base part (51A) and has a better abrasion resistance property than the first base part (51A). The second portion (49B) has a second base part (51B) that is fit with the outer peripheral part of the journal housing from the outside, and a second ceramic part (52B) that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the second base part (51B) and has a better abrasion resistance property than the second base part (51B).
