Secondary Battery Having Improved Terminal Structure

Abstract: The disclosed invention relates to a secondary battery comprising: a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal disposed apart from each other on a top surface of a battery case in a hexahedron shape; and a terminal structure comprising a bent terminal body which surrounds the positive electrode terminal or the negative electrode terminal such that the positive electrode terminal or the negative electrode terminal is not exposed, and which is coupled to the top surface of the battery case and a side surface connected to the top surface, and an extension terminal which is electrically connected to the positive electrode terminal or the negative electrode terminal and is exposed on a side surface of the terminal body, wherein a side surface of the terminal structure is seated within a concave surface formed on a side surface of the battery case.
