System Information Providing Method And Apparatus
Abstract: A system information providing method and apparatus. The method is applied to a network device, and comprises: when a first condition is satisfied, sending, in a dedicated manner, system information to a terminal device satisfying the first condition, wherein the first condition comprises: the terminal device currently receiving downlink data from a dedicated channel of a non-serving cell, or, cell information, which is associated with an activated TCI state and received by a downlink channel of the terminal device, being different from cell information of a serving cell.
